Terms and Conditions of Sale | Computer Assistance Online

  1. General Information
    These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of license keys for digital goods (downloadable software) and, upon request, in physical format through our website, computer-assistance.online, managed by Bonanno Andrea, with registered office at VIA GUIDO D’ORSO N 40 B, 91026 MAZARA DEL VALLO (TP), VAT number 02897520819 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”). By accessing our website and/or purchasing one of our products, the user agrees to these terms and conditions of sale.

  2. Conclusion of the Contract
    The purchase contract between the Seller and the customer is considered concluded when the customer clicks on the “Buy Now” button and receives an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation includes a summary of the purchase, the price, the purchased license key, and the download link for the software.

Before submitting the order, the user has the opportunity to correct any errors in the entries using the keyboard and mouse functions. All items are displayed again in a confirmation window before the final submission of the order.

  1. Object of the Contract
    The object of the contract is the provision of license keys to activate digital software. With the full payment of the purchase price, the Seller grants the user a license right to use the software, in accordance with the license conditions set by the manufacturer.

Upon explicit customer request, it is possible to purchase a physical copy of the software for an additional cost. This request can be made by phone or indicated in the order notes.

  1. Prices and Payments
    All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery of the license keys occurs only after prepayment. Various payment methods are accepted, including Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, Skrill, Coinbase, and bank transfer.

In the case of advance payment via bank transfer, payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

  1. Delivery Methods
    Digital Format: Delivery of the license keys occurs exclusively in electronic format, via email to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the email address entered is correct and active.

Physical Format (upon request): The software can be sent on a physical medium for an additional cost. Shipping will be made to the address provided by the customer and may take longer than the digital version.

  1. Refund Policy
    Refunds may be requested only in the following cases:

  • The software is defective, and the issue cannot be resolved through technical support.

  • The provided license key is not valid for activation.

Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of receiving the license key to the email address help@computer-assistance.online. The refund will be processed within 30 days of confirming the ineligibility of the key or software.

  1. Liability
    The Seller is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by improper use of the purchased software. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

  2. Right of Withdrawal
    According to the Italian Consumer Code, the user has no right of withdrawal for the purchase of digital goods once the download has been initiated with the user’s express consent. For physical media, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from receipt of the product, provided the original packaging has not been opened and the software has not been activated.

  3. Jurisdiction
    Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Trapani.
