Do we ship software on physical disks?

Currently, Computer Assistance Online provides the software exclusively in digital format via email. However, upon customer request (via order note or phone contact), we can provide the software on a physical medium (DVD or USB) for an additional cost for production and shipping.

When will I receive the purchased license key?
