Returns and Refunds for Digital Goods
Since the products sold on computer-assistance.online are license keys for digital software, returns are not possible once the license key has been sent and the software download has been initiated. However, under certain circumstances, a refund can be requested as outlined below. -
Cases in Which a Refund Can Be Requested
A refund can be requested in the following cases:

Invalid License Key: The provided license key is not valid, and it is not possible to activate the software despite technical support being provided.

Defective Product: The software is defective and does not meet the specifications described, and the issue cannot be resolved through technical support.
In the case of technical issues with the user’s device that prevent the use of the software, no refund will be granted. The Seller is not responsible for any incompatibilities due to device configurations or operating system malfunctions.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the user must send a written request to the email address help@computer-assistance.online within 7 days of receiving the license key. The request must include a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase. -
Refund Processing Times
Once the refund request is received, we will review it and provide a response within 14 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. -
Exclusions from Refunds
Refunds will not be possible in the following cases:

Excessive Activations: If the license key has been used on more devices than allowed, and the manufacturer has disabled the key.

User Error: If the user provided an incorrect email address and did not receive the product, we will simply resend the key to the correct email address once provided by the user.

Device Compatibility: No refund will be granted for compatibility issues with the user’s device, including operating system, hardware, or software configuration problems.
